T H E B R I E F
To have a more modern looking, easy to navigate site which is able to show pictures, news, contact details and most importantly, can allow downloading or viewing of trial results.
Darwen MC&CC approached Scarlet Lily in late December 2007 looking for a new website. They found my website through a link on another regional trials club and were in need of a website overhaul.
Initially I researched suitable domain names, and forwarded the client a link to purchase a suitable name. The client’s own purchase of this name is key in ensuring that they remain in full control over its ownership and renewal at cost, and are not held to ‘excessive fee’ ransom by a third party company when it comes to renewal time. In the meantime I started the design and build of their new website.
