There was no brief as such for this project. Jane approached me if I could make up a tri-fold leaflet for her, which she had already written out. She basically just wanted it typing up into a format where it would print out all lined up, and add in a nice picture of a candle or something associated with the field.

I took her leaflet away and transferred her text into a tri-fold leaflet template, and then started to select appropriate pictures. From this, I also then chose the accent colour to make the leaflets more eyecatching, and then started to change and select the typeface.

Jane had only requested the one tri-fold leaflet to promote her services and give potential customers a little information about her, and an overview of her aromatherapy massages, but in creating this more informative leaflet, I then also created a single side 1/3 A4, an A5 and an A4 flyer giving simple package prices and contact details. I then created a simple brochure style website for her that incorporated the design from the leaflets, and finally I then created her letterhead, compliment slip and business card design.

Jane Rushton, Holistic Aromatherapy Practitioner, now has a full corporate identity and promotional website which comes in at just £110 in total. A highly affordable price considering she is just starting her final year at university and currently holds a part time in between her studies.
