Pricing Guide

The ethos behind the Scarlet Lily Design services are to provide a low cost, easy to use website and company image to the small business, independant tradesmen, or individuals, who cannot afford to pay the rates of a professional graffic designer. I have no design qualifications and everything I have learnt is self taught, therefore I can offer this service at a fraction of the cost which means that the fledgling company, or the village club, can make their debut on the internet on a shoestring budget.

I charge a set fee for designing and building a website for you. Once this fee is paid to me, I hand the site over to you for your control. I will forward on your username and password details, and send you full instructions on how to use, update and manage your new site.

You can choose how many pages you need for your site and information, and the price is easy to see:

1 Page site £25.00 2 Page site £32.00

3 Page site £39.00   5 Page site £53.00

7 Page site £67.00   10 Page site £88.00

The price includes design and build of the site and the input of your company/organisation and product/service information, which you have provided to me. Text and the equivalent of 1 picture per page is included in the price (ie a 4 page site can have up to 4 pictures inserted on any page, or combination of pages. Any further pictures can be inserted at a small additional charge, or you can finish inserting them yourself for free when the site is handed over to you! The site is built with a free sub-domain name, which can be replaced with your own choice which can be purchased and added on from as little as £3.50* per year. I build the sites on an easy to use builder that follows the basic principles of a word processing programme. If you are familiar with inserting text boxes and pictures into a document, then you should find the website's easy live updating content management system easy to edit and update as and when you need. It is a simple builder which allows the owner to update it from any computer, in any location, without any web design knowledge.

There is no hosting fees to pay, and no domain name rental, just a one off £25 payment.
